  1. At Printanica we don’t offer returns on products since these are  custom made.
  2. If due to any reason customer is not happy with the supplied product following steps to be followed in order to log a complain.
  • Send and email at
  • Make sure you attached much details as possible in terms of pictures discerption in so that we understand the issue fully.
  • If the defect is agreed and accepted you will get a replacement product free of charge or any other product of similar value.
  • We don’t offer product return, in any case you can always destroy the product if its defected.
  • Please go through the FAQ’s listed on our website regarding print files and proofing.
  1. In no solution money is refunded in your bank account from which the payment has been made (Bank charges to be bared by customer)
  2. Delay in shipment from customs/logistics is completely out of our hands and we don’t have control on the same, however we make sure that we apply all our efforts to expedite from our end.
  3. Proper delivery address is to be provided along with correct contact numbers, delivery attempts will be made 2 x times and then parcel shall be destroyed after 5 days reaching destination.
  4. Duties/TAX/VAT government levy to be paid by customer our shipping charges are only for shipping the parcel to the address specified at the time of order.
