- At Printanica we don’t offer returns on products since these are custom made.
- If due to any reason customer is not happy with the supplied product following steps to be followed in order to log a complain.

- In no solution money is refunded in your bank account from which the payment has been made (Bank charges to be bared by customer)
- Delay in shipment from customs/logistics is completely out of our hands and we don’t have control on the same, however we make sure that we apply all our efforts to expedite from our end.
- Proper delivery address is to be provided along with correct contact numbers, delivery attempts will be made 2 x times and then parcel shall be destroyed after 5 days reaching destination.
- Duties/TAX/VAT government levy to be paid by customer our shipping charges are only for shipping the parcel to the address specified at the time of order.
