It is advisable to use 300dpi or more file for printing, at Printanica we do understand that it is not always customers will have the required file size and hence we try our level best to improvise using our in-house graphic designers, however if still the results are not good we go back to client asking for a better version.
Our goal is to make it simple!

c) See the 2D/3D view which allows customers to check the product from all angles.
Note: It is recommended to save your designs by creating an account so that you don’t lose the work.
We have printable area defined on every product customers need to make sure there designs are not falling out of the grid lines.
We are Printanica are dedicated to our customer satisfaction, 2D/3D view is our innovation for proofing, customers are advised to check their product on the 3D viewer before order confirmation.
In any case we request customers to contact us using our live chat if they want to change anything on the order within 3hrs of order placement.

Our standard turnaround time for getting back to customer is within 2 working days.

Select a product of your choice from our catalogue, design it, enter shipping details, make the payment.
Once an order is paid no addition is possible.
We usually take 24 to 36hrs to make and ship depending on the quantity expected delivery date based on your country is displayed on your order confirmation (All deliveries are subjected to customs clearance at destination), we are not accountable for custom delays as they are beyond our reach, however we do try our level best to work with our shipping team and expedite.
You will receive an email notification on every step of the order Eg: once an order is taken to production and email is sent to customer automatically through our system until order completion. We recommend to you check your junk.
Due to any technical issue if you are unable to get an update you can always get in touch with us using our live chat by giving your unique order number or by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the order number in subject line.
Once an order is dispatched you will receive an email with your air way bill number and tracking link from which you can track the shipment.
We are specialist! Looking at the experience we have at our back dealing with corporate clients we are dedicated to serve, you can always register as corporate on our website which allows you to unlock great prices and dedicated service, however please be informed at corporate customers have a MOQ we have always kept in mind the requirement and hence they are at a very minimum considering the unmatched quality our corporate client expects.
We offer refund back to your bank account (bank charges applicable) only if the order is cancelled before going into production, once and order is processed further we don’t offer refund reason being printing is already completed and since this is a customized item, we cannot resell it and hence amount cannot be refunded.
We take it very seriously! Since our business module is more end customer centric our data protection is very strict, our printers are not allowed to use smartphone inside the factory premises, all customer files are stored at a secured cloud server, if we have made extra prints for items like business cards, leaflets, photoprints, these are collected and destroyed using the paper cutting machine, no customer information is going into trash also.
Printanica has a very strict guidelines for content of the print any content which is bad language, improper photo, hurting religious sentiments, against the government will not be printed, Printanica has all the rights not to accept the order and refund the money back to customer with no justifications given, your order will be cancelled with an email (“Improper Content”).
